Our Vision
Educators are innovators.
When we began our ‘let’s be our own boss’ journey back in 2008, our vision was simple - to work with good people to do great things.
We knew we wanted colour not beige. We wanted wild goose chases, variety and choice. We value rules but know that sometimes to move forward you have to know when to break them. We wanted to be around people where anything was possible and the future was exciting.
Where could we find all that? The answer was schools, school leaders, and the communities they serve. After all this time, we’ve worked around the country in every sector at every level - from Early Learning Centres to Universities. Catholic to Christian to Anglican to Government. We’ve run sessions with middle school students for strategy who have blown us away, handled grumpy parents, made jaded staff laugh.
We know schools. We know principals. We absolutely understand the nuances and challenges of the system(s) you work with and in.
